Management and Thirukural

"Thirukural" one of the oldest tamil literature written in 1000 B.C.(approx) by great saint poet named"Thiruvalluvar". The greatness of the kural was its structure and its content. Each verse of this kural was formatted in two lines called as "couplets". There are 1330 couplets in the kural which gives the total essence for the human mankind. It was also said that this is the first ethics book for the human kind. This "Thirukural" has been translated in every other worldly language and it has got good attention from various sides of the world. It neither preaches any religion nor based on any particular religion. It is a compared as ancient "veda". This is why, Kural was called as fifth veda besides the other old vedas (Rig, Yajur, Sama and atharvana)
The kural has 3 divisions namely moral living, moral earning and moral household life including love life and relationship. Each of this division connotes the moral way of life and ethical living for human being in general. It applies for all set of human being in this universe.
